problems associated with flexing diaphragm Seals bellows Seals as Well as coating problems Encountered by probe type devices. Various materials of

Top Mounted Magnetic Level Switch -----------: |
Flowtech Introduced magnetically float operated Top Mounted Level Switch for controlling one or multi Levels by using reed Switch.
The Unit Consists of Vertical Guide Pipe (Stem), Reed Switches are
located , Magnetic Float Sliding over the Stem according to the level in the tank.
After passing the float, the reed relay will retain their output state. Various materials of construction are available depending up on Service Condition. Maximum 4 Set points can be given in a Single Level Switch & Maximum stem length will be 3 Meters.

Displacer Type -----------: |
Works on Force Balance Principle. Displacer is suspended by a spring. When liquid level rises and covers the displacer, it becomes lighter and the spring relaxes. This causes a small upward movement of the rod assembly inside the casing which activates the magnetically operated micro switch.

Conductivity Type Liquid Level Switch -----------: |

It is a simple Low cast level controller for the detection of conductive liquids, it is alsouseful for low densities, high viscosities containing solid particles and interfaces between nonconductive liquids.
In this level switch, One probe for common electrode while other one or multiple control electrodes depending up on the number of levels to be controlled all the electrodes are suitable insulated to avoid electrical bridging some times if tank itself is conductive it can be used as a common electrodes than number of control electrodes equals to the number of presser levels level controller having consist of power supply and signal conditioning circuits which gives a low AC voltage across common electrode and control electrodes. Once liquid reaching at preset level point, electrical circuit gets completed and generate a signal which is amplified to actuate a relay, whose potential free contacts are available for subsequent operations. On level falling 7the circuit breaks cutting out the relay. |
